HUIT NEWS | Career Trends – Success Stories: Seminar and MoU Signing Ceremony for Enterprise Cooperation in Training Business Administration and International Business

The Faculty of Business Administration at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade (HUIT) recently hosted a highly successful seminar titled "Career Trends – Success Stories," combined with a panel discussion and an MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) signing ceremony. The event marked a collaboration between the university and nearly 50 enterprises in the fields of Business Administration and International Business, and took place in Hall C. As a highlight in a series of career orientation and social work activities, the program reflects the Faculty's ongoing efforts to innovate teaching methodologies by integrating practical experience to meet the demand for high-quality human resources.

The program opened with the seminar "Career Trends – Success Stories," featuring insights from reputable experts and corporate leaders, including:

• Dr. Tran Tuan Anh – Vice Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration

• Mr. Pham Minh Thanh – Director of Duy Phat Company

• Ms. Nguyen Bui Bach Ha – Director of SCB Long An

• Mr. Ly Quang Thach – Deputy Director of Kienlongbank, Saigon Branch

• Mr. Ha Minh Cuong – Director of Hanoi Travel & Media Company

• Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan – Chairwoman of the Board of Directors at Integer Insurance Company

During the discussion, the guest speakers shared profound insights into the shifts in the modern labor market, corporate requirements for the young workforce, and valuable lessons drawn from their own career journeys. Following the seminar, HUIT held an MoU signing ceremony between the Faculty of Business Administration and over 50 enterprises, witnessed by the Faculty's leadership, guests, and a large number of students.

The "Career Trends – Success Stories" program and the partnership signing ceremony have established a meaningful bridge connecting the university, enterprises, and students. Beyond providing practical perspectives on the job market, the event opens up numerous employment and entrepreneurial opportunities for students, while reaffirming the university's commitment to aligning education with social demands. This represents a pragmatic step forward in the journey to innovate training models, enhance human resource quality, and support students in conquering their future goals.
