"OVERVIEW OF THE CORPORATE SEMESTER FOR BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION MAJOR"

ACADEMIC YEAR 2025-2026

On the evening of May 19, 2026, at Hall C, Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade, the Faculty of Business Administration organized the seminar “Overview of the Corporate Semester for Business Administration Major” for the academic year 2025–2026.

The program attracted the participation of Faculty leaders, lecturers, business representatives, and approximately 500 Business Administration students, especially final-year students preparing to enter the Corporate Semester.

The seminar was a practical activity reflecting the Faculty of Business Administration’s orientation toward practice-oriented education. Through the program, students were provided with an overview of the Corporate Semester and received guidance on learning methods, workplace skills, professional conduct, and the mindset needed to participate effectively in a business environment.

The program was accompanied by experienced business representatives and experts, including Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Trinh, M.A. – Deputy General Director of Saigon Food Joint Stock Company; Mr. Pham Hong Khanh – General Director of YCHI Vietnam Company; Mr. Dang Tien Dung – Director of Training Strategy at Esuhai Group; together with lecturers and experts from the Faculty of Business Administration, Ho Chi Minh City University of Industry and Trade.

The participation of enterprises in the program not only provided students with practical insights into labor market requirements, corporate culture, and career opportunities, but also affirmed the close cooperation between the University and enterprises in training high-quality human resources.

During the program, guest speakers and lecturers shared in-depth content focusing on the overview of the Corporate Semester, effective preparation methods, experience in adapting to the real working environment, and essential skills for students to successfully complete the Corporate Semester. The question-and-answer session at the end of the program created an open exchange space, enabling students to directly discuss with business representatives and lecturers their concerns before entering internships and real workplace experiences.

Through the seminar, the Faculty of Business Administration continued to affirm its practice-oriented training approach, strengthen connections with the business community, and create opportunities for students to access the professional environment during their studies. The program helped students raise their awareness of the Corporate Semester and better prepare their knowledge, skills, and professional attitudes before entering the real working environment.

The seminar “Overview of the Corporate Semester for Business Administration Major” for the academic year 2025–2026 provided students with valuable knowledge, inspired their learning spirit, and motivated them to confidently enter the Corporate Semester, ready to develop their future careers.
